This is a quick and easy chicken wings recipe.

Protocol:

-Prep wings (wash, cut at the joints and discard of wing tips, pat dry)

-Fry wings (7-8 minutes, remove from oil, let rest 5 min, fry again for 7 minutes)

-Toss wings in smokeshow wing sauce (easy recipe below)

Smokeshow Wing Sauce:

-Mix 2 parts of your favorite smokeshow hot sauce with 1 part melted butter

-optional additions (though tasty without these): garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, cayenne, etc.

That’s it!

Serve with celery sticks, carrot sticks, and your favorite Blue Cheese dressing or make your own!

 Frying pro tip: make sure that there is enough oil to fully submerge the wings. Also make sure the oil is hot enough but not too hot that it burns. Medium heat usually does it, but best to test first by adding a small piece and watching the reaction. Should look like this!
